every bar in a rap song is independent from the others
for most rappers those bars are even interchangeable between songs since they tend to use the same rhythm over and over again
you might think the song is about strippers but i bet you will find similar themes in most of his music
i wouldn’t read into it too much, but listen to the hendrix song because its a good one
