Well I suppose the song's story is about a lesbian schoolgirl confessing her love to her friend. She's obviously taken aback but also has her own lesbian feelings and doesn't know how to cope. So she's kinda going through this 'forbidden love' crisis in her head. So "all the things she said" refers to this confession of lesbian feelings. It worth note that this line doesn't appear in the original russian version. In russian, it translates to "i lost my mind". In that version the narration is a little more straight forward about the internal crisis this girl has over her lesbian feelings. She feels this love is a 'poison' driving her crazy but she can't help it.
