Don't forget to buy your quick pass so you can wait in line behind the 200 other people that bought the quick pass!

Wait what is a quick pass? Don't you just buy your ticket and it's on your phone and you scan it at the place (never used Ticketmaster because I'm a shut in but might soon)?

I'm looking at seatgeek, which I think is owned by ticketmaster, for resale of tickets, or for the venue to get rid of tickets cheaper than regular price.

They had $2 James Taylor seats. But the price was $11 with fees. $2 for the ticket, $9 in fees. Everything else is that or more $10-$15 in fees. What exactly is seatgeek doing to justify $10 or more in fees?

Ticketmaster / Live Nation could be broken up as a monopoly, perhaps the laws will be changed so that what TM/LN has been doing is seen as clearly illegal, maybe it already is.

Or they can make a law saying "Max $5 a ticket in fees."
