The REAL Fleetwood Mac
>>
>>122922022
i'm inclined to agree considering how bland and shallow their later mom rock/background noise to accompany department stores is
>>
big if true
>>
>>122922022
I went through that phase too. You’ll grow out of it eventually.
>>
>>122922317
Cope, soft rock fag
>>
>>122922083
Why do people act like the Time era represents their whole post-blues career?
>>
>>122922022
That’s like saying Syd Barred Floyd is the only real Pink Floyd
>>
>>122922118
Yeah Mick's real tall isn't he?
>>
>>122922022
I have no idea, is this before or after they had the throat goat whore singing or what?
>>
>>122922359
It is

this band is boring in all iterations
>>
>>122922349
Nobody even heard Time, likely not even the band.

>unremarkable blues
yaaaaaaawn
>>
>>122922022
I like Then Play On but haven't checked out any other their other stuff besides the pop slop they're known for
>>
>>122923586
any of*
>>
>>122922022
they were only good around 69 (Peter Green + Danny Kirwan), the early blues stuff aged horribly and the mom rock that followed is pure slop
>>
>>122923586
If you were drawn to the spacey and vaguely proggy eclecticism of Then Play On then you might be disappointed with the previous albums, which are all straight ahead electric blues. I'd recommend the Live in Boston album which is the best of both worlds imo.

lots of great songs recorded during/around the Then Play On sessions, Albatross is the most famous one, this one might be the best:

i had a friend who swore up and down that Peter Green was an amazing if not one of the best guitarists, ive only heard Supernatural which is solid but what songs demonstrate this supposed virtuosity cause I just think my friend was a basic bitch and thought he was cool cause he picked Peter Green instead of hendrix, i feel the same way about Clapton but ive heard alot of his music

before and if you used your brain that wouldnt have even been a question

It’s good but still the least good of the classic lineup
>>
>>122924513
it's the best thing the classic lineup did by far. every member is at their peak. it's their crowning achievement as a band.
