>>123687292practice freestyling regularly at least few times a week (does not have to be long). you can do it in a comfy enviroment and alone in the beginning. gradually try to speak louder and more clearly and freestyle for longer and longer without pauses for thinking. at first it feels hard and cringy but starts to be fun soon. also makes you better at conversation/throwing random funny jokes/presenting in front of people.
