Worth ignoring while she was merely precious, she must command our brief attention now that she's becoming overvalued as well--with the possible exception of Saint Joanie, who at least has stature, this is the bad folkie joke to end all bad folkie jokes. Between her breathless baby-doll sexuality, abiding love of her own voice, and useless ideas about injustice and prejudice, she may prove to be the most insufferable individual yet to pick up a hollow-body guitar.
