It's a group made up of 7L & Esoteric from Army of the Pharaohs & Inspectah Deck from Wu-Tang Clan. They also released 2 albums with MF DOOM and 1 with Ghostface Killah.
I'd say that most of their songs are a lot of battle raps which often veer off into something about comic books from guys in their 40s (I guess 50s now) & portmanteaus with czar in them (e.g. czarbonite). They were doing that since the start of their careers so it was a match made in heaven. One of my favourite albums by them is "The Odd Czar Against Us" which subverts expectations and doesn't do that for the most part.
I've been listening to them since 2015 but I haven't ever talked about them to anyone so figured I could start a discussion on /mu/

same. apparently Ice-T will have a feature on it. I like some of the collabs with "legacy artist" but I wish they'd get a few younger ones on their projects too.

That's a nice cover too. Is that one of their instrumental albums? I never felt the need to listen to any of those. I guess the beats on their other albums sufficed. I'll check them out in the the lead-up to the new album
