I went to a guitar store for the first time in my life. Bought this Sire S7FM. It was a bad experience.I was nervous and didn't run through my guitar checklist. I didn't notice the bad setup, the buzzing frets. I also didn't check the fret levels. This 800$ guitar has worse fretwork (uneven frets) than my 300$ Squier.I also didn't know how to use any of the amps there. They had amp modelers connected to headphones and I could barely find a clean patch to test the guitar. I didn't see any amp rooms to test them, so I missed out on another thing I wanted to do. The store was incredibly crowded and I didn't want to embarrass myself.I also asked for some specific replacement parts for my other guitar and it seemed like they didn't really know what they were talking about (it was a simple question about the electronics). Some of them were also rude and seemed incredibly unenthusiastic.Another thing I failed to notice due to the nervousness is that I hate this small radius neck. I absolutely love the flat 12 inch neck on my Squier Tele. This one has a compound 14 to 9.5 inch neck and feels awkward to play up high.The sticker on the guitar cannot be removed without leaving any residue. I'm wondering which retard thought it was a good idea to add the sticker.
