I don't like mechanical exercises like chromatic runs/finger twisters. My warmups are usually arpeggios where I say the notes out loud and triad inversions. Anything that gets you out of rote pattern shuffling that fretboard instruments enable you to do.
One I like is the circle of fifths on every string. So start on the low E, C-F-Bb-Eb-Ab-Db-Gb-B-E-A-D-G-C. The D and G strings are still my weakest strings for note memorization and I'm working on that

The pickups were way too bright and shrill, once you dial in the volume and tone controls you have 5-10 different usable tones out of one guitar. Yeah I wish it was mocha or Olympic white desu but this was the only one of this series for sale in the US on Reverb and was half the cost of an AVII with specs I like more so I can deal with sunburst. I dunno, I got an LP and it's great to play while standing. The edge digging took a little to get used to but overall, having the arch top makes it great to easily rest your hand on the bridge for comfy playing.

LP sucks playing while sitting though. Its small size and shape put it in such an awkward position on your lap that it's just a chore.

the best "cheap" gibson copies i've tried are the Eko tribute series. you have to be careful though because depending on where you live there are 2 versions. one has a sharper cutaway horn and looks weird. the other is very close to the gibson shape

Artist Guitars have a headless mutli scale 8 at 500 AUD, I'd have immediately bought had it not been headless as I'm skeptical on cheaper headless tuning gear. How moddable would that be? Any of you got knowledge on that?

Seems to be the same one on my changberg copy. Turns easily enough and stays reasonably in tune. They are ok mostly, save the lower E string on mine seems to have run out of space to lengthen for intonation. Given yours is an extended scale that shouldn't be an issue. I didn't like the vibrato on it though, it's clanky and no screw tightening seems to eliminate the loose space before it engages unlike in FR systems.
One issue that will inevitably present itself would be the zero fret - that wears down eventually and will produce a notch that will introduce noises (even on more expensive guitars with zero fret like Strandberg or even Parker)
