I just watched le sserafim @ coachella thinking itd be the worst thing Ive ever heard and a total trainwreck after everything Ive heard over the years and it was completely normal and fine. If anything I was kinda impressed. Why do I feel like I was lied to? I wasnt into the scene back then but it literally feels like fake controversy. I usually think kpop's level of lip syncing is embarrassing and indefensible but thats often me judging a 5 minute set at a award show with 50 backup dancers doing the heavy lifting. Doing 30 straight minutes of dancing in the heat of a outdoor venue while theyre starved by their agencies and are weak women, thats actually gotta be pushing their bodies to the limit. Add in intense live singing on top of that and it's honestly impressive and the crowd seemed to love it as wellsry for the blogpost that prob reads like a leddit post I just wanted to seriouspost once after being so shocked by what I watched vs heard
