You could download applications that allow you to synch up with other drivers to all drive the same speed in the eco-lane for example. This would get rid of the traffic wave/compression accordion effect. Or you might be able to download an app that lets you send data to traffic signals, and when there are enough drivers at a light, it might change the timing to allow for the most efficient traffic flow.
