>>2018248Move your legs ya fat fuack
What is that? Some kind of ghetto solution for people too lazy to charge their rear light?
>>2018252worse, it's a ghetto solution to people too lazy to pedal so they want to burn down your property instead (a victimless crime because there's a non-zero chance a "cagetroll" might get hurt). just urbanism things
Any bike part that can't be found in a rubbish heap needs to be detachable and get carried by the owner when a bike is parked.
>>2018248Pretty gay.Just today I met yet another motorist on a false flag operation, riding what they claim was a 'bycicle' but is an electric motorcycle. The guy wasted no time of our brief 5 seconds encounter to demonstrate what a brain fried dickhead he was.If you are desperate to be one of them sure why not get the fisher price mobility aid.
Looks like it would chew your tire up and make a deafening noise on anything that isn't a slick Also good luck if it rains or you ride on gravel
If you coast does it back drive the motor or is there a clutch?
>>2018258>The guy wasted no time of our brief 5 seconds encounter to demonstrate what a brain fried dickhead he was. What exactly did he did that offended you? You get mad because he was faster than you?
>>2018280rent free
This thing is dangerous desu
>>2018282butt hurt
>>2018248What happens if I turn it around and use it to massage my penis wenis
>>2018293It will make you KOM
>>2018288Checked, but what do you mean? Can it explode?
>>2018280naturally the guy was slow (remember he rode one of those 'e-bikes'). He made a very clumsy appearance, trying to merge into the lane i was on (I had the right of way and cant tell if he was trying to merge regardless or just clumsy af anyways) I made as much space as possible to accomodate for whatever and he caught up when I was waiting at the next light, holding on to the post. He held onto it on the opposite side and like me waited next to me in silence. When the light turned green I took off and I heard him behind me yell something to the effect of 'you're quite the nutcase aren't you?'. I was like 'huh' but really wasn't in the mood to pause my journey to turn around and confront the usual cager false flagging so carried on and that's about it.
>>2018366It doesn't have a crank sensor or a hand throttle the level of motor assistance is determined by how fast the rear wheel is turning. There's no brake sensor either it "detects" when you are slowing down
>>2018372https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yzwfwE0ZXDI
>>2018371And everyone clapped
Absolute shite. This thing weighs a ton and barely generates enough energy to carry itself, let alone bike and rider.Spastics will buy it and swear blind they weren't duped.
>>2018379Anon asked to know what happened you insufferable imbecile
>>2018248The saddest possible compromise for lack of a standardized wheel kits....
I am not a engineer or anything, but I can see more than a few flaws with the design even if you were dead set on a friction drive system for some strange reason. It just doesn't seem like a good idea and I don't think it will be successful in the real world or on the open market.
>>2018371you sound poor and petty. the funny thing is that you are the nutcase. everyone else is going about their day, riding their ebike or whatever, but they somehow offend you. imagine just minding your own business.
>>2018514lol yeah you have to remember there are three types of cyclists on n1) cyclists2) people who want to get a bike or who are larping3) mentally ill people
It's been done before with gas motors
>>2018514so you're saying I should not assume people insulting others out of the blue are spastics? You know what: I don't take your idea serious.
>>2018290rent free
>>2018280Don't feed into it brudda
>>2018612interesting. pros and cons?
>>2018723Pros: noneCons: everything
>>2018723It has the same cons as almost all friction drives. The only pro is it's easy to install, work on, and take off compard to chain or belt drives. I am unaware of gas powered hub drives. But yeah, you are taking on all the many cons of friction drives for easier assembly.
>>2018723Of gas or of friction drives?
in a perfect world, wouldn't these be parasitic to the cassette? like with a secondary chain and its own dedicated chainring? (you wouldn't shift into it, you'd have to make some modifications so you don't accidentally shift into it)Is there a reason why this isn't the norm? like it's so obvious and better than friction drive, just need a chain.. idk.
>>2018892Just mount a 2nd chainring on the non drive side
it looks wierd. Why is it yellow?
>>2018248It didn’t require any complicated tools, and I was able to get it up and running in under an hour. It's impressive how this bike combines fitness and technology, providing performance insights and even converting calories into CO2-free miles.
>>2019219what does that comment section mean? shillbots?
>>2020066Yep, it's most likely a garbage product that the company hopes to make a quick buck off by shilling it to many people before they realize how useless it is.
>>2018896There is no way your left shoe heel isn't going to kick the spark plug wire, of course, if you're going to mount that on your bike, you aren't planning on pedaling anyway...
>>2018248cringe>>2018896based
>>2018379>amb eberyone clabbed
>>2018514>you sound poorPost your latest bank statement, champ. Also have sex.
So, what's the consensus? Did anyone actually tried this?
>>2018250I dont care if people use this or ebikes. I just want more people biking in general.
>>2018248These fancy shit products either dont work AT ALL or cost more than proper solution.
>>2018248Good idea, give it a few generations though
>>2018612That's made with style.
