You don't need any, because the interior of the supercontinent will just be a barren desert, just like the interior of most continents. Only, because this desert is bigger, the temperature gradient compared to the coasts will get more extreme and reach 40-50C temperatures that are inhospitable to humans.
Everything will be done by ocean shipping because that's the only place humans will survive.
