this doesn't even make any sense. state law says you need to show ID and FID to buy handgun ammo. AR-15s aren't handguns and their ammo is not handgun ammo
The AG is suing under the "Gun Industry Public Safety Act " saying selling ammo in accordance to state and federal laws is a "public nuisance"
this is why dems should never be voted for ever. this is literally the shit clinton and cuomo did in the 90s that got the PLCAA passed that even that commie fuck bernie sanders voted for
