Because it's dumb

No more bumping into parked cars.

That boy looks aroused by the little girl kissing his Mommy

That's the most action he'll ever get in his entire life.

It cost a lot more than a normal door, didn't need that much less space, had a habit of getting stuck and you either had to open and close it manually (which people found pretty uncomfortable compared to normal doors), or you'd get a wet surprise if you ever visited a carwash.
>>
>>27609191
these went extinct because these things are ass to service
they break, and then they are too expensive to fix

They'd improve over time if they were more prevalent.
>>
>>27609199
If you don't have enough space to open the doors you don't have enough space to get in/out

Not by much, it's mature technology from all the vans.
Thing is, inherent downsides won't go away with experience, though shoddy implementation may.

You damn well know why. I'd drive with it open while jerking off, can't help it.

sure thing, fatass.

People convinced themselves that having a child is too expensive despite the government subsidizing everything for people making under 6 figures.
>>

this, i lived it first hand. the wife and i wanted to wait to have kids (as per the typical discussion on the topic goes), but then i decided to nut in her anyways.
then the kid is born and suddenly i get a bigass tax break, tons of places offer free daycare, work is happy to provide payed leave, and i'm left slightly confused because it really wasn't that difficult. Yeah it takes some additional effort, but it all worked out fairly easily.

Because a side impact from a full sized sedan would liquidate everyone inside.

sliding doors are very prevalent in many fields, from delivery vans to small buses to minivans. sliding doors are not some kind of new technology.

I seem to remember that this was in a Top Gear episode.
Not sure which season or episode, though.

The 1007 wieghs something like 300kg more than the 107 it was based on, it's a compact car what's the point of a compact car if it weighs as much as a midsize?

There was a toyota like this in the US but it still had the pillar between the doors.
People are just gonna buy huge trucks and suvs until a size limit is placed on vehicles
>>
>>27610911
I like the Ford B-Max. People don’t really want truly practical cars unfortunately.
>>
>>27609191
Sliding doors immediately place a car into a niche people just do not want to involve themselves into. Either you're a minivan enthusiast, corporate driver, or business owner.
>>
>>27611118
There's no free daycare for anyone not receiving welfare. Daycare can run $2000 a month in some places.
>>
>>27611488
You don't know what you're talking about. Why do people who don't want children read scare articles to justify not reproducing? Delusional.

Just benis in bagina and boom.

I miss wagons where the last row pointed backward
Filtered wagon enthusiasts from back row pukers
>>
>>27611473
Dude, the size limits are exactly WHY people can't get small cars anymore in the US
The EPA has set impossible emissions standards for small cars and no manufacturer can meet them
>>

>There was a toyota like this in the US but it still had the pillar between the doors.
it's called a minivan, anon, and it's been around since chrysler started it in the 80s
>>

>Why didn't this become a thing?

From the looks of it the door doesn't go back far enough to make the back more easily accessible.

I'm a big fan of 4 door coupes. I wish Mustangs started coming with them.

your digits are based an all, but move to a state that actually cares about and funds education, and you'll find free childcare fairly easily for people of all incomes.
>>
>>27611608
You don't have any children. You've never even seen a vagina.
>>
>>27612503
Name one state that provides free daycare for income-earning families, incel.
>>
>>27612531
You don't have any children yet think you know what they cost?

>>27612534
Literally all states have mandatory 7/8am to 3pm daycare Monday through Friday. It's called school. Maybe you've heard of it since you'll be back there Monday?

If you aren't reproducing you've failed.
