Hey br/o/s, looking at a ford foci and the rockers are rusty but not too bad. I don’t know what they tried to fix it with but looks off, Is this duck tape?

If you are lucky its just a rocker. If you are unlucky its rotting the metal underneath the rocker too. Still you can just spray the rust with oil and then put on a new rocker if you dont care.
