>>27834075Lease something. That way you only have to live with your mistake for 2-4 years.
>>27834075I know that feel, feels surreal. >t. made it out of the mud
>>27834075same, been shopping for a few weeks now after I had to sell my old car because I couldn't afford repairs. I got like 5k to find a decent car and it's been rough. I've test driven 4 cars off FB marketplace and two of them were ash trays infested with ants. Others were way worse than advertised as well. Probably going to lose my job soon because of this. Wish me luck bros.
>>27834360If you live with people that did you basically took it.
>>27835590>old buickThats your answer
>>27836379I drove a 2005 leSabre for $3k asking price but it was infested with insects really badly to the point where they were crawling out of the headliner and shit. 3800 in it ran great though.
>>27834075carvanapick out a car and they deliver it. don't like it, they'll come back and get it and give you your money back.
>>27835467I was planning financing over 3 years
>>27836385Legit?
>>27834075>Getting heart palpitations from the stress of car ownershipit really never gets better
>>27836409i've always been happy with them, have bought 3 cars that way. just check the free carfax to make sure the car doesn't come from the salt belt before buying.
>>27835590what are you looking for?just a daily driver?there is no way you can't get somenthing decent for 5K even if it's just an econobox
>>27836466Yes, I need a daily driver. I'm looking in south florida for cars around 5k or less. The cars on fb marketplace in that range have been very ratty for the most part, though I know I need to have low expectations. I test drove a lincoln town car, a leSabre, a saab 9-3, and a camry. I couldnt afford the camry and the american cars were infested with ants. Saab was mechanically totaled but I'm still talking to the seller about getting for like $1200 if that's possible. I'm sure something decent will turn up eventually, but I am running low on time.
>>27836466Are you a boombooms?
>>27836460never used it. i've used gmpartsgiant before and it was a good experience, shipped quickly and all that. you can usually find the same OEM part cheaper on ebay or rockauto.
>>27834075Is carmax legit? They seem to have decent prices but something feels off about it. Also they put their stupid sticker on every car, can I make them take it off?
>>27834075I remember getting so fed up with car searching back when I was looking for my first car. Ended up settling for one sold from my to-be mechanic, didn't like it initially but quickly fell in love and it's still going strong years later. Long story short, connections rule over all.
>>27836383Look for an Lacrosse or a Lucerne instead, you're more likely to find them for sale by people that cared for them, while still being under $5k every day of the week.
>>27834170Unjabbed.
>>27835734How does that work?
>>27834075jusr buy whichever chevy you can afford
