My question to you is I don't plan on using the bed at all. I don't haul anything or use a trailer. I was wondering if there are any creative ideas to utilize the bed because I don't want it to go to waste. Can I install seats and put a cap over it to increase seating capacity?

There are companies out there who will take a brand new F-250 and turn it into a brand new Excursion. There's a reason why they charge $100k+ to do that. The best you could to is put a cap on it and basically turn it into a truck based Explorer or a Tahoe Ripoff.

Still they're useful for other things like security if you do plan on hauling some stuff, and its pretty easy to take off compared to a camper shell if you ever need the bed. You can also get into off road stuff buy a used ATV for only a few grand, it's pretty fun and a valid excuse to buy a truck if you care about other peoples opinion on your vehicle choice for some stupid reason>Pretty impractical though
