Where can I rent a car without a driver's license in Europe? I want to zoom zoom around the Alps. Should I go to a car rental agency in a backwater Bulgarian villlage? Do I need to hire a gypsy as my adventure partner so he can pretend to drive? Is there a tour group that will say, "nah you're good bro take this supercar you don't need a license".
