I’ll start, OBS crew cab tube chassis prerunner with BBC 632 swap and a roots supercharger making [hopefully] 1500hp, long travel suspension and big tires on beadlocks

You know I can get a muffler?

Ok you got me there but most of these tube chassis prerunner builds have extended range fuel cells built into the bed area so maybe I can have like 100 gallons with a long bed, that’s also what all the cannonball run recordsetters did and they were space constrained in a car

The cop explorer ecoboost is 400hp and those new police s650 state patrol mustangs have 480, reason I want a 1500hp v8 is because that one hellcat proved 700hp can outrun all the cruisers and almost the helicopter, so a few more ponies and you’re uncatchable, and that’s before I go off-road

I know the first one is a meme but again with what I said earlier, you’re only getting away from those bicycle cops in Washington DC with kei trucks
>inb4 offroad
Great and all but you have to find somewhere off road that your truck is more capable than a ford explorer interceptor AWD without burying itself, it would have to be meticulously planned and also wouldn’t avoid the chopper, kei trucks are based but I don’t see the plan here

Not all cab over engines are Kei trucks, those are medium size trucks with 180 hp minimum. The 4x4 capability is mostly for wet dirt roads, maybe light snow. It's unwise to go into the mud for non-recreational use in general, even when trying to elude the police imo.

NTA but Mitsu considers the Canter to be a light duty truck (maybe still medium duty compared to 1/2 tons, we should call car-sized trucks 'utes' and ugly truck trucks 'trucks' like Australians), and have engines ranging from 150-180 hp depending on the configuration. Not sure about the Fuso L6 turbo diesel

With money and the know how you can fit anything, those old big blocks are too big so just try and find a decent frame. Good candidate would be something like that factory five trophy truck conversion for 15-20 150s. If you could swap out the coyote it would be a pretty easy swap.
>>
>>27979578
I would want to agree but WW3/4 breaks out and EMPs are going off, you'll get in the air but without paper navigation charts you'll have no idea where you're going. Hope you're good at dead reckoning and pilotage. Not to mention hoping there is fuel at your next strip, you can't count on anything being accurate. As much as I love flying, it wouldn't be a good way to getaway rig.
If you're just flying to get away, you'll be on every radar around and they'll easily track you and if needed, intercept you.
>>
>>27980248
Civie radar is worthless near the ground. <800 AGL, you're golden. Even if they spot you, they literally have no idea what altitude you are without a transponder on your plane.

Aviation gasoline has a very, very long life. You can store it for 4 years without stabilizer easy, Texas alone has over 400 airfields/airports. Almost every county has a municipal airfield with fuel.

Also, dead reckoning is stupid easy in today's world. Between landmarks, highways, and a map, you can figure it out.
If you get lost, all you do is swoop down and fly by a water tower in a town. 8/10 times it will have the name of the town written on it. 2/10 times it will have the highschool's team on it like "Go Tigers" or some shit.
>>
>>27980500
Flying that low doesn't give you much time to fix a problem, also it will hurt the range a bit.
>>
>>27979983
I was talking about the fuel setup
>>
>>27980508
Depends on your winds aloft. Sometimes it's better.

Eh, in a twin like that you can keep flying after an engine failure. It takes less than 10 seconds to identify and feather a dead engine. Even if you couldn't hold altitude, you've got loads of time to find a nice place to land. The only real issue would be a bird strike. But hopefully the radiation would have killed them.
>>
>>27980528
Yea if it's a headwind. However the higher you go the leaner you can run the mixture letting you increase your range. Bird strikes would also be a pretty large worry, the local strip I fly out of they are fucking everywhere. Airport ops runs around with those fire cracker guns and scares them off all the time.
>>
OBS look prettier but a Superduty will save your ass from nearly anything, some dude went over an interstate bridge in Texas a bit ago and hit the ground and was just fine. I will just drive my 7.3 superduty in the Happening, can pull parts from the most common work truck in America and run off the used oil of abandon vehicles.

7th gen is bullnose
8th is bricknose
4th I’d just call 61-66
6th is dentside
5th is bumpside
10th gen f150 is called jellybean
The first super duty generations I just identify with the generation of powerstroke that came in them, and since there’s a new generation that still has a 6.7 those are called alumiduty, and yes since there’s an update I call the newer ones “gen 2 alumiduty”

And somehow everyone knows exactly what I mean when I talk and only faggots like you complain and accuse others of living in basements, projection

>>
>>27981979

>>
>>27982017
Labeling it "old body style" is noy only part of the dumbing down of society, its also a prime example of an entitled generation that can't fathom anything in the universe outside of their personal perspective.
It's a manifestation of a greater illness and you should be ashamed of being part of it.
>>
>>27982037
Cry about it, it’s not a big deal
>>
>>27982037
That’s like saying
“You can’t call 73-87 GM trucks “square bodies” because other trucks have a square body, no it doesn’t matter that they gave those trucks that name decades ago when they were the most square trucks on the market and now everyone knows them by that name, you have to force a new name because forced memes always work and don’t make everyone hate you”
>>
>>27982299
One is based on the physical characteristics of the vehicle.
The other is based on someone's limited knowledge of the world around them.

"Old Body Style" was literally coined when someone became aware of pickups as a teen and they saw the previous body style rolling down the road.
It's also used to describe GM products.

It's no different than trailer trash using profanity in every sentence because they lack the vocabulary to articulate their thoughts and feelings.
There are actual novels and research devoted to the concept of the dumbing down of society, perhaps you should Rea some of them.
>>
>>27979337
To be fair anything else ITT would probably get stuck in the basement if you drove it through a building that had one.
Or just die after hitting the wall.

He welded the armor with the stinger (rear concrete ripper) on the ground so when it was raised it blocked his .50 BMG rifle. So when he fired tracer rounds at the propane tank farm (that was in the middle of a residential neighborhood) they just vaporized on his own armor plating.
Luckily he made many mistakes otherwise many innocent lives would have been lost.
He needed a better game plan and should have hardened the cooling system and his camera mounts.
Incase people weren't familiar with the exact design of the killdozer:
>1" hardened steel trenchplates (the kind used in road construction to temporarily cover holes so vehicles can drive over them), inner and outer layers with about 9" of concrete poured inbetween them.

4th gen 4unner V6 (post 2005) SR5 (without Xraes)

Reliable. Cheap. Indestructible. No BS on it to break. Can easily mod off the few environmental things if that's legal in your state. Lots of spare parts for them. Locking diffs. Great off road stock.

The V8 is also good, but has secondary air injection, much more common headache problems, and cracking exhaust manifold.
