Rear/mid engine cars are great on a track, but questionable weekend cars in general, especially coming from the already good front-mid setup of the 4-7. As far as I'm concerned they've just made it more prone to oversteer and complicated the cooling system for no good reason. They've managed to shave some fractions off of the lap time thanks to it, but most people aren't going to be driving the car at it's literal limits like that so the gain isn't there except when flexing spec sheets with the other boomers. Also, no third pedal? That's some weak shit.
Love mine, but it has some small niggles. Its not the absolute best at making fast tight turns. Its definitely more of an all rounder car with decent power to it. It also has some very ugly lines. That said, getting it in black totally hides those uglier lines and makes it look great imo.

The C7 has a massive trunk, the C8's is extremely tiny length wise. It has the width and depth but that means fuck all when you can't fit a travel bag in sideways. Same with the frunk, tiny as fuck. It works well enough for groceries but if you need to carry a decent sized box you're sol with the C8 while the C7 could easily handle it.
