I wear gloves if I have to drive for multiple hours cuz my hands get sweaty and I have carple tunnel in my left hand
>>28069874I'm developing a bit of arthritis in my hands and find that wearing gloves on longer trips helps keep it from flaring up.
>>28071685definitely based
My brother used to like cars, had a corvette and then that gay Hyundai hot hatch but now drives an ev. I bought him leather driving gloves from Etsy for Christmas and he told me he didn't want them. So I held onto them then bought a car myself that's nothing special but fun to cruise in and now I wear them on long drives. They remain in my glove compartment.
>>28071790>keeping cheapo gloves in the glove boxthey're probably moldy
>>28069874They can protect your hands from the Sun, and presumably let other road users see your hand signals more clearly.

>>28073712I saw Ryan Gosling at a grocery store in Los Angeles last year. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything. He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?”I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen slim jims in his hands without paying. The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter. When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each slim Jim and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.
>>28071790Your brother sounds like an asshole
Driving with chuuni gloves is maximum cringe. I don't really care that much about judging others though, cringe is the spice of life.My problem is that they seem to decrease grip in practice because it adds another potential layer of slip and removes some feel and dexterity from your fingers. Your hands are grippy, you don't need more grip. If you just admit you do it because you personally think it's cool that's okay I guess.
>>28069874hes absolutely based. if youre self respectin alpha male, you shouldnt be caring what others think about you
