They use the same base oils and make decent stuff that passes the tests, and the brand decides which additive packages they want.If the description on the Amazon listing isn’t total chinglish, go for it. I’m guessing if you read the fine print on the bottle and see where it was manufactured, it’s probably basically the same as the 7-eleven oils and all the random gas stations and generic bottles you find in that home and tool aisle of the grocery store.
