A decent single din from any of the major brands and an iPad or Galaxy tab with a mount would be cheaper and less frustrating to use. You could get an iPad dash kit from Soundman and fab it into aftermarket dash bezel if you wanna get fancy.

If I'm looking for a used 90s or 2000s car, and it has an aftermarket radio in it, especially a screen, I just lose all interest immediately.
