I don't think you would hate it as much if it weren't a Mustang. It's not the best looking car on the road but it's not ugly either. It's incredibly generic and bland. Compared to something like the i7 which I still can't believe is real.

It is a ford escape. They know the modern consumer doesn't actually give a shit about what the car is, as long as it bears the badge and price tag of the status they're looking to buy.

One of the problems is/was their shitty range so going full aero/drag coefficient adds a bit of range. Once they get a little bit better and the auto pilots adds safety we are going back to the chrome landwhales of the 70's.

It looks okay if you compare it to other EV crossovers

Not really sure what Ford is thinking with the naming. They decided to name it the Mustang Mach-E and then put a prominent Mustang badges all over the car to remind you of how it is a mustang, and then Ford executives go around parading how they are never going to make a fully-electric Mustang, meaning that the car that says "Mustang" on it and has horse logos all over it is not actually a Mustang.
