Reduce all engine displacement sizes to below 1L, force by law that all timing chains are rear facing, add two turbos, non deactivating start/stop, mcdonald’s on all wheels, grilles than span the entire front ends, fake vents at every inch, no buttons, yoke steering wheel, no mirrors only cameras, belt lines that go to your eyes, minimum 8000lb weight. Probably more stuff, that’s how you get interest back into cars.
