I've got a 2000 Camry CE and every few months something breaks just because of its age and because I love this car I figured that I might as well upgrade some stuff when it breaksBut what are some good things to get upgrades for?Or something I'm considering is upgrading the engine entirely but I'm not even sure where to start looking for thatI'm not the biggest car person but I want to do this as a way to learn more, and whatever I can upgrade myself I'd like to
Raise it
>>28117641This is what I'll be doing with my Toyota Echo, 2" lift blocks, taller Scion XB struts and springs, 15' AT tires, trim my fenders and beat my wheel well to give my tires enough room not to rub during full lock lol.
Wtf toyotas were supposed to never break, stop bullshitting op
Are you the same guy always posting about how this thing is breaking down in the various sqtddtot threads? Should probably fix whatever's wrong with it first
>>28117633If this thing is your DD, you don't "upgrade" shit. It's 25 years old. Be happy it's still functioning and replace all of the stuff that people never do - struts, rubber brake lines, fuel pump and worn suspension components.
>>28118737This.What you do is regular maintenance and fix things when needed. There isn't much too be "upgraded" on an otherwise.bine stock Camry that will make notable differences, spend the cash on a good wheel/tires and fresh rotors+decent pads. Start off doing basic jobs and build more confidence to tackle the harder shit
