I kind of get real mixed signals about American speed limits with some saying the police are alright with others saying in places like Georgia are super strict and others saying if you have out of state plates you will be harassed and then other saying yeah the real speed limit is 15 over but with police still hiding around. On google maps I've seen roads with 75 mph and 4 lane roads in Florida with limits of 55 mph so they have some pretty low limits in areas.
