Is theft insurance a scam?
Well Teslas are almost impossible to steal, so yeah for those cars.
>>28197027all insurances are scams they literally profit from the fact that you wont call upon it or if you do, they find a reason to deny you. Think about it, if insurances were legit, why would governments force you to have one?
>>28197096Governments only force you to have liability, so insurance for others. Banks force you to have full comprehensive. Based on that, that means insurance does work.
>>28197105No it doesnt because if you dont have liability or whatever you want to call it, you have to pay from your own pocket. And not because your government force you to have said liability that there isnt a small clause that you broke unknowingly and even though you were paying insurance up till that point, you were still not covered. This is essentially theft, as they wont reimburse you for the amount paid either.>Banks force you to have full comprehensiveYou fail to mention that the bank themselves are the ones to sell you the insurance, or one of their bank buddies. So they are forcing a second product on you to sell more you idiot. Speaking of insurances : THose bastards offer the opportunity to be insurance by km driven. The monthly cost is way less. My question is : how do they know how much I've driven? Is it possible to cheat those bastards?
>>28197116You don't understand how insurance works.
>>28197116I still don't understand. How is forcing everyone to get liability a scam? Do you want to be put into 5 figures of debt because there was no liability insurance for the responsible party?
>>28197283because the fact that you wont call upon it or if you do, they find a reason to deny you. If insurance company paid up it wouldnt be a scam now would it? You would just be getting what you paid for.
>>28197027Yeah, insurances in general have become a vehicle for sucking more liquidity into the financial market, as opposed to having folks save for emergencies. And no, you shouldn't EVER get any non-mandated insurance for anything, especially if you know how to save. Insurance will almost never be cheaper than just paying for damages upfront, simply becuase it is a business and has to turn a profit.
>>28197124>>28197116>>28197290if you cannot afford or are otherwise unwilling to sue your insurance company, then you do not have insurance.
>>28197347This is not true. If your insurance does pay up, its cheaper to have an insurance. Let say for example it cost 5€ per month to get your car windows insured (I'm making up this price), in 10 years, you would have paid 600€.But a one time windshield replacement cost 500€. In this case, its way cheaper to have in insured (the likelyhood of your windshield breaking in that time lapse is high)
>>28197415The thing is, taking all insurance offers into an aggregate, you're gonna pay more withh all the insurance, than with none of it. But I gotta admit, that car window insurance is a good deal and I'd take it
>>28197290Auto insurance isn't medical insurance bro.
>>28197027All insurance is a scam.
>>28197096>Government forces you to have insurance What kind of tyrannical shithole do you live in?
>>28197770Japan
>>28197027Everything to do with cars is a scam.Haven't you figured it out yet?
>>28197507I sure love some beaner hitting my car and then getting out of paying for it because he has no insurance and the most the cops will do is arrest him for driving without insurance while i'm left to foot the bill. Really cool.
>>28197027Not if somebody steals it.
>>28197290Idk I’ve always gotten what I pay for: NOTHING! YOUNKS! Just don’t pay!
>>28197096>they find a reason to deny you.My insurance covered me perfectly in an accident
I’ve known insurance was a scam as soon as I learned about “acts of god” denials. Humanity has struggled with the question of whether or not god even exists but luckily some jew company is here to come along and ensure that they can make money if they decide god exists at that moment. What a crock of shit. How can one thing be an act of god but another thing not be? Why is an insurance company the one to decide that and not the fuckin pope?

>>28197825If you take him to court, he will have yo pay you out of his own pocket. Ofcourse if he is broke .. But in this case, shouldnt your own insurance cover it?
