How popular are fake driver's license in your area? And do they affect overall driving quality? Do you know anyone personally who has one or perhaps you decided to skip the whole driving school and exams yourself?

>>28197612In Belarus, after years of neglect the government finally started overseeing what the fuck road police is up to so driving exams are becoming increasingly more strict and unforgiving so some people opt for a fake license. They cost anywhere from 160 to 250 USD and if pulled over a cop wont be able to tell its fake. He could of course ask someone in office to check if you are in their data base but it takes time and they rarely ever bother with that. I got mine the legit way but i know a girl who bought her license about 5 years ago, her driving is alright, on par with other drivers and she abides by the rules. You see an occasional retard with fake license running over a pedestrian but other than that i'd say increasing popularity didn't affect driving quality in my area by much. At least not yet
>>28197612Generally you use fakes to get into bars and buy vapes in the states, not as an actual ID to give to police at stops. The punishment for no license is usually less then giving a fake to the cop and him finding out it's fake.
