What’s the chances of a newer pickup getting stolen while going to Mehico?
>>
>>28198201
I would imagine it's comically close to 100%
>>
>>28198201
Leave the larp at home

>Mehico
What? It's Mexico. I'm going to Mexico. I'm not going to "Mehico".
>>
>>28198201
Any car has a high chance of getting stolen in Mexico, especially if it has US plates.

you'll get stopped by the "police" about 10 minutes past the border hombre. at least the walk back will be short, and if they're feeling nice they'll let you keep your passport.

God I really wish it wasn't the CIA funding the cartels. Mexico needs to receive some good old American freedom.

Accurate. A new GMC HD will get liberated by the cops and best case you'll be allowed to walk back to town.
>>
There's zero reason to go to mexico full stop.
People will say Cancun or something but nigger just go to hawaii if southern california/florida/texas beaches are just not good enough for you.

Mexico City is pretty nice, but you definitely have to be aware it's still a place where people make 1/3rd-1/4th of what you do on average.

And OP it's probably a bad idea if it's a 3/4 ton of any kind or loaded 1/2 ton. The cities have lots of wealth though but most of the car theft on the border are pickups going to Mexico ordered by the cartels.
>>
>>28198201
Don’t go to mexico. Why the fuck would you want to go there?
>>
>>28198309
much cleaner than india and only slightly more expensive
a lot of people speak english so easier for tourists
in some cases tourists are "protected" because the cartels don't want the heat
the women love gringos and if you feel like skipping to the good part, a 9/10 18-year-old prostitute will spend the night with you for $100

if you can handle the risk, you're in for a good time

it depends where you drive, stay the fuck away from Tijuana, the entire state of Sinaloa, Tamaulipas, Ciudad Juarez and Zacatecas.

>>28198308
>Mexico City is pretty nice
Mexico City is a fucking shithole, go to

Do you have a home office job and want to be a "virtual nomad"? Go to Argentina or Colombia, the women are way hotter there and it isn't a fucking warzone.

That's to live not to visit. Same reason Euros go to NYC, Miami, and Los Angeles while Americans tell you to live anywhere else. Only place on that list that's worth visiting imo is Monterrey.

CDMX is criminally underrated and a good choice for a firstie's first urban LatAm adventure. I was more worried about getting hit by a car or pickpocketed on the subway than any actual crime. I saw plenty of transplants in Condesa working remote off MacBooks at coffee shops.

>>28198344
Yeah but Colombia is a crime ridden shithole where a certain % of the population prides itself on preying on tourists and Argies are fucking insufferable and arrogant.

>>28198342
Soviet, can you beat that farting dragon posters ass?

Colombia is a literal warzone.
