Which Tesla can do this?
>>
>>28198459
what road car needs to do this if all new cars in 10 years will have mandated self-driving and never go above speed limit
>>
>>28198525
>needs
You really are a joyless old cunt
>>
>>28198527
just being real. you can have a car that goes much faster than speed limit and then pretend you're not breaking the law. in 10 years you won't be in control anymore, and the machine will never break the law. there is zero practical reason to pursue perfromance above what is legally mandated, instead, the cars should seek to become cheaper and simpler within the regulations. chasing excess is bad for the consumer because for every dollar of excess the margin rises by two dollars so the revenue is higher. the leanest, cheapest car possible will be the market winner, and those who don't start chasing it now will join the ranks of pontiac and oldsmobile.

That's not an argument for Tesla. That's an argument for libertarianism or anarchy.

you lost the timeframe to do that. we are way past the point of no return, now it's a straight path to elites living how they want and completely disregarding trash humans' existence, because not only that trash (us) is incapable of assembling and putting any kind of resistance before it can be crushed because of total information control and overwhelming and dehumanized opposing forces, even on an off-chance it can assemble, hiding in bunkers and nuking everyone with zero predjudice is now also an option for them, because we are at a point in history where a human is not needed anymore. robots work, machines think, history is rewritten so many times it becomes meaningless, art is generated, wars are fought by missiles and drones, unlike 1000 years ago where a feudal losing his people meant that he starved to death, in 21st century the elites can finally shed the burden of 8 billion extra humans on planet earth and not feel any reprecussions for it. you are kept around as a holdover from the old world while they figure out what to do with you, just like old ice cars are kept around but with increasingly more restrictions and excuses to take them off the roads (like the c4c aka obama car genocide). you won't live in a pod and eat onions, you will not live. that is the future we are going towards. we are the last generation. and cars will die just a couple decades before we do because killing freedom of mobility will be the first step towards killing the humanity.

Which of those cars can consistently hit those times on the street on street tires while reliability commuting back and forth to work 5 days a week?
If all you care about is getting from one end of a drag strip to the other as quick as possible then using a production car is retarded. That gtr would look like it was sitting still next to a bike.

Yea I'm thinking you're a wrenchlet
>>
>>28198725
He's got a point though.
If bench racing fags quote quarter miles times then why do they care about anything other than top fuel dragsters?

i remember the days before internet when us kids would collect and compare car cards, solely judging them by numbers we didnt really understand and how cool they looked.
op does the modern version of that, nothing wrong with it its just the words and opinions of a 12 year old.
>>
>>28198737
My point was he's a wrenchlet, anything he says should be taken with a grain of salt.
>>
>>28198833
How exactly does pointing out the objective demonstrable fact that a bike is faster than a make one a wrenchlet exactly? What's the logic there?

When dragster are involved electricels lose even more because electric dragsters only go about 200 mph
>>
>>28198703
This. Don't forget they also use methanol/race fuels and even nitrous oxide because the rube goldberg motors can't use normal fuel with all of the compression required. Also most of these dragsters have to have a motor rebuild after every drag session.

EV allow you to run 9s any time you want, reliably, and still get you to your wage cage safely and comfortably.
>>
>>28198459
All of them? It's just a straight quarter mile.
>>
>>28198942
Are you sure they have enough range?

More range than a rube goldberg machine on any given day.
