Get a friend or relative that can drive manual. Rent a manual and have them drive it to a parking lot for you to learn. Wear out the clutch on rental car, return the rental without telling them, buy your own car now that you've learned.

the clutch is a lightswitch. mash it down to stop engine from doing engine things. mush it into a gear that seems right and release the pedal. dont go back into 1st unless you're nearing a stop.
to start the car moving, rev it to ~2000rpm and release the clutch a bit slower than usual

you can figure out the "how do i learn" part yourself, there are a thousand videos on the internet, instead what i want to tell you is:
look up how the clutch works, try to understand it as best as you can. not only the clutch, but also how the car itself works, how the engine and the wheels are connected. many drivers who only drive automatics don't really grasp the concept of a powerband or gear ratios. understand why the car stalls if you dump the clutch at 1000 rpm but will do a burnout at 5000 rpm, understand how and why at a certain rpm and gear, the car can only be going at one particular velocity. this is all extremely basic stuff, but like i said most automatic drivers don't understand it and i'm a firm believer that you can operate something better if you understand the underlying mechanism

as for the "how to learn" part, don't stress it too much, it might take you a few weeks or maybe months to be able to reliably reverse uphill parallel park, and all of that skill might only work with one particular car and you might have to re-learn everything in another car
don't expect to be perfect at it with 2 hours of practice at an empty parking lot, although that would be enough for driving in flat roads
you should practice hill starts seperately, this might be controversial to some manual drivers but imo you should never ever need to rely on the parking brake for a hill start

I had to learn manual under time pressure and it took like 30 minutes, before youtube videos and without instruction. Pull the hopefully working handbrake if you have to stop partway up a hill before continuing because you're going to roll back a few feet otherwise. And I stalled and had to restart in the middle of intersections a couple of times.

I bought a 9th gen f series with the mazda 5 speed from some boomer on marketplace about a year ago now.
He gave me the basics about moving from a stop and downshifting. After that I drove home myself and have been dailying it since.
Once you gat accustomed to the clutch bite points its super easy. Ive only ever driven truckswith manuals so I cant speak for sedans and coups however.

Driving a manual is literally the easiest fucking thing in the world and it takes like 1 video and 30 minutes to figure out. Billions of literal npcs who do not even know the bare basics of how an engine works drove manuals before you and hundreds of millions still do today and since you're on here I'd imagine your knowledge of cars is at the very least better than that of some 60 year old European woman.
Here are some basic retard tier instructions
>push clutch in and slowly lift it a few times to feel out the car's biting point (you'll start to feel the clutch pedal sort of stiffen as you release it)
>push clutch in and go through all the gears 10 or so times to get used to the pattern and make sure you don't accidentally shift from first to fourth
>push clutch in put it in neutral start car put it in first or reverse, slowly release clutch up to the biting point while simultaneously giving it throttle and the car will start rolling (this is a lot easier on diesels)
>to change gears while driving simply push the clutch in, upshift, lift clutch back up to its biting point, start giving it gas and let off the clutch again, most driving instructors over here in yurop teach drivers to upshift at around 2000rpms and to always drive in a high gear but I'm pretty sure that should really only be done when the engine is still warming up or when you're trying particularly hard to save some fuel as it's bad for the engine to run it like that all the time. Just use your ears pretty much.
>when coming to a stop, press down on the brake pedal first then push the clutch in and press down on the brake pedal further.
>for uphill starts, push clutch in, push brakes in, slowly release clutch up to it's biting point then quickly give it throttle as to not roll down or stall it. If this particularly worries you then it's easier to do a handbrake hill start, practically the same shit but you use the handbrake instead

Stalling while driving takes a monumental level of stupidity to pull off, even going uphill downshifting to 4th will do it a vast majority of the time.
99% of the difficulty with learning stick is getting started from a stop and working the clutch. Once you get past 2nd gear all you have to worry about is when you need to stop next.
