Publishing a video titled "xxxx car sound" that just features it idling should be a capital crime.

Damn, this thing's gonna have the wheel gap schizo on suicide watch.
>>
>>28198667
eastern bloc had no tyre production to speak of. smaller wheels = less tyre needed :)
>>
The Melkus came stock street version in 68hp, racing trim was 100-140 hp or so from the Wartburg 3 cyl. They also came with Goliath 1.6 litre 2 stroke V6 engines producing between 160-200hp.
Absolutely based if you ask me.

They had, for some reason old soviet tores just never fucking die. You can put a million miles on a 1956 tyre and it'll still be pristine.

talking about tyres for a sports car here. their failed answer to F1 had severe issues with sourcing tyres all across the entire eastern bloc.

And ones that are actually video games should be punishable by death by bottom surgery with a steak knife, no anesthesia.

Formula Eastern had some retarded rules that the tyres should last the entire season, issue was sourcing racing slicks as they wore down faster than they were required to last and they didn't want to race on regular tyres.
Barum for example made some very decent tyres that they tested racing Škodas against Fords in the UK and actually beating the brits/germs in their homefield with Czechoslovakian tyres.

I think it looks good except the tiny wheels. Though I think "socialist" and "supercar" have nothing to do with each other. I have no idea how this came to be.
>>

i'm just baffled they made 101 of them.
who's ordering these in a socialist economy?

If you think that's based, then wait until you see the Commer TS3, a 3.3 litre opposed 6 piston 3 cylinder 2 stroke supercharged diesel.

Mostly sports clubs and teams got them, not individuals.

sounds kinda interesting but I've already got a boosted two stroke dieselfu.

Yeah, but the piston config of that is a little boring I feel like they weren't snorting enough cocaine when they designed it.
