Eerily similar to >>28205057 , I also still have mine and it too spent some time behind my parent's garage while the flex pipe and other assorted things needed to be fixed which I only got around to just this month. I have no reason to drive it anymore so I'm waiting until spring to sell it so I can scam whatever boomer buys it as a graduation present.

Random bullshit that shouldn't break on a lexus breaking
>washer pump
>door handles
>inconsistent battery fuckery
>body panels could be dented by LEANING ON THEM
>original windshield cracking from the base
Was also incredibly boring yet rode like a chuck wagon (base suspension), and got atrocious, 1969-cadillac-tier gas mileage (AWD meme)
Learned about the master cylinder failure bullshit, figured my luck with this car was poor, and after getting a classic I subsequently got rid of it out of fear

92 Plymouth Acclaim, this color but slightly different. Friend of mine drank too much and mixed with Xanax new years eve of 02-03 and puked all over himself and the car on our way to buy drugs in the city. I had just leased an Acura CL type s 6 speed and knew not to take that out that night.

It was the dead of winter when this happened so it froze after cleaning it and the car smelled horrific.

The Acclaim was shortly donated after I took it out in snow and crashed it into various objects in a corporate parking lot while my other buddy sat on the puke seat wrapped in a garbage bag and we smoked blunts the whole time. Good times. I still miss the acclaim from time to time.

My first car was a 1999 Infiniti i30, it was a shit box i bought from some thirdie with some of my dads money on craigslist, but i love it, it was my first car. Actually had a decent sound system too and a v6 that made decent power. Alot of shit broke on it but i never crashed it, sold it to some nigger for 750.00 when i noticed the transmission started hard shifted into 2nd gear at 153k miles, I never see these cars anywhere today, i guess thats why.

oh! i forgot to mention i got a call about 6 months ago from the county's attorney office in relation to a case, apparently the nig i sold it to crashed it shortly after and because they did not pay to transfer the title the vehicle lead back to me, impound also tried to charge me for it, told them i sold it and to fuck off and that was the end of it. RIP i30, ill never sell another car to a black again.

Was the dealer demo my dad bought. I then bought it from him. Then it got taken out by a woman in a tahoe doing 45 in a parking lot. It was parked while I was inside then came out to it with the front pushed half way around and a tahoe crashed into a pole a short distance away idling. Had the popo get the camera footage and we can see Shaniquwa smash into then hit a pole then get out and stumble away. I couldn't afford to fix it so I had to patch it back together and drove it for awhile until I could get a new car. The alignment wasn't great and it clunked pretty hard every time you accelerated, guessing the impact side wheel was not long for this world.
I loved that car.

2006 Chevrolet Malibu LT, bought it from a police impound lot. My dad traded his 2015 Nissan Altima S trim for my car and not long after the car needed an entire wiring harness replacement because the wires to the car got sucked into the manifold which of course cooked the wires over time and it costed $1,500 to fix. Don't know what happened but I'm assuming Dad is still driving it or trashed it because I don't interact with him anymore and I have crashed the Nissan and had to drive a 1996 Buick LeSabre Custom hooptie until I got into another car accident that wasn't my fault this time and so I now drive a Lincoln town car and took off the donk wheels and sold it to do transmission repairs. Been driving great so far and the air ride suspension still works.

my first car was a manual 1989 isuzu trooper v6 that I paid way too much for. I really wanted that exact truck and I found one parked in town and left a note on the guy's windshield. It was an absolute turd and they guy must've thought he struck gold. He sold the hell out of it and I didn't know shit about cars so I actually bought it. It was pretty dope tho. It leaked everything, but it was pretty fun. I actually want another one. I ended up trading it for a beat up Lexus LS400, which I drove across the country, and then I bought a Land Cruiser Prado. Thus started my journey into buying impractical shitboxes

95 Accord. 2 door, black, and VTEC so it was very cool. My dad didn't do even a cursory pre-purchase inspection so it had 150k more miles than we thought and had maybe been flooded or driven up north because the brake hard lines rusted out after a few years. In retrospect, the muffler rusting off while driving should've tipped us off to inspect it a bit more, but even though we got if fixed my parents still sold it because they got nervous.

I had an '05 legacy wagon with those exact wheels. Was a fun little shitbox to romp around in. The transmission in it was hopeless though. I would drive it normally in "sport" mode since I got better mileage that way. The manualmatic mode was useful for traffic and when I wanted to spin all four in the snow around every corner.

96 Legacy wagon. Dad's. Had a transfer case binding that was a simple solenoid but hard to get to. Body rotted out and several other issues. Eventually donated it to charity at ~190K
>First car I daily drove
04 Focus sedan my parents bought for me. 2.0 SPI SOHC engine. Drove it for a while till I bought my own car, brother drove it several years after me, it snapped a timing belt while he was away at college. Borrowed it one time and the brake line blew out. Fixed both times, then it finally dropped a valve while he was at work at like 250K miles and the body was rotted. Scrapped.

1964 baby shit brown Valiant four door. Bought it off a co worker for $300.00 after it got sideswiped, ripped a gash in the left fender. The car was fine otherwise
Drove it for a while, it was slow as shit but super reliable and amazing in snow. It had some clunky truck tires on it, and it simply would not get stuck. One winter evening a neighbor kid used the Valiant's windows as targets for his BB gun. All it did was "ping" them, and they shattered in the cold. Replacing the glass cost more than I paid for the car, and the kid's family was dirt poor. Ended up selling the car for $500.00, and buying a 77 Cutlass.

My dad bought it for $1500 at an estate sale in 2010.
My brother got it after I went to college and bought my own 2001 Honda Accord (Parents basically gave me a 0 interest $3000 loan)
After 2 years of him driving it, the rear passenger strut tower failed completely and the strut went right into the trunk
