Short of trading my sedan for a big truck, is there any way to stop being flashbanged by people who drive with their brights on towards incoming traffic?

You can get selective window tinting that activates when you twist a knob, cut for your vehicle IF it's one they have the measurements for. It's not cheap and you do not want to spend thousands of dollars and risk installing it yourself.
