I haven't seen any Jeep hate threads recently, so post your contributions.

I don't understand how these overpriced piles of shit are even allowed on highways in the US, let alone allowed to be sold. The only positive I can think of is that when they wreck, the drivers have a far higher chance of dying from roll over or being flung through the sunbrella roof.

They do offer manual transmission and body on frame, which is cool, but the suspension is built in the 2020s yet designed in the 1920s.

Can't fit shit in them, can't tow anything, rides like a dog crate on wheels.

>wave
>ducks
>im barbie!
>death wobble
>no power
>useless off-road without mods

I just don't get it, why would anyone buy one of these? The new bronco seems ass too, but way better. What am I missing br/o/s?

What the fuck are you talking about
>>

The Jeep in the picture is in sand and the axles are broken. And it doesn't look like there's a huge pitch. Maybe if stellantis didn't install a Fisher price suspension designed in the 1920s that wouldn't have happened.

Ford has had twin I beam since what, the 1960s? I had a 7.3 f250 that weighed 8200 lbs that rode better than any Jeep I've been in.

Another cherry picked image from the thousands on the Internet. Can you think of another vehicle with such axle issues?

This stance shit is outta control.

Here's another good one, notice the Ford doesn't have a snapped front axle, though these people are obviously mentally handicapped due to the Texas plates.

Well, the Jeep driver, anyway.
>>
>>28214316
Here's an even better one.

I hate that Chrysler piled on a ton of shit to a design that wasn't meant for it.

AMC for LIFE.
>>
>>28214325
That's a Jeep I can get down with, and there's an expectation you're taking your life in your hands with it. Who needs a roof or air bags, even seat belts? No way in hell I'd go over 40 in it.

It's your right to live in fear should you choose.

For the rest of us, we dance with the devil and enjoy every glorious minute of it.

I take my life in my hands whenever I go skiing, and also whoever is dumb enough to follow me. Dying while driving isn't a great way to go.
>>
>>28214350

Oh yeah, forgot to add more Jeep hate BTW.

Here we go:
>>

Dying period isn't a great way to go.

You take chances no matter what you do. I imagine Sonny Bono wouldn't have gone skiing if he knew how his life would end.
>>
>>28214360
Well, at least I'll never die driving a new Wrangler. And it's a shame ski helmets weren't a thing back then.

Personally I was impressed as hell with mine

It was fine after this, and several other times I slammed the shit out of the bumpstops. Maybe they're worse now than b4 the wu tang kung flu but I really liked mine. '16 willys wheeler package.

I will say though, they never addressed the roof corner leaks on the hardtop and that was grade a bullshit
>>
Lol did I buckbreak the haters with that jump? Come on guys, refute how you can literally jump a wrangler but it's got weak suspension.
>>
>>28214288
In 2011 senior year of HS my buddy got a wrangler and 1 week later tried to park next to my 1989 S10 with a 4.3 V6 and 60k miles. He drove into the passenger door. I've hated jeeps ever since. Plus the majority of them are pavement princesses that see less off road time than my snow blower. We still have the truck though, my dad and I have talked about putting a new engine in it.

The knows it’s a portmanteau. I get it. But it’s a stupid fucking word. “Umbrella” doesn’t imply protection only from the rain.
