Friend of mine owns one. Yes they're absolutely worth it - if you can afford the cost of entry and upkeep. He owns his own company, net worth a bit over $100m, so he can afford it without batting an eye. We were talking about it a few years ago when I was shopping for a new car (got an outback), and he said that even after years of ownership he never has felt any buyers remorse or that it has been anything less than totally worth it.
