Lada Niva, GAZ-24 Volga and Škoda 120GLS.Soviet cars are all absolutely horrid shit, never ever ever buy anything even remotely related to them and if you happen to have any soviet cars laying around, I can take them off your hands for cheap so they won't bother you anymore.
>>28603166>>28603163nice, I've never seen the two models on the right before

>>28603163The GAZ looks like AI tried to generate a 65 Ford Falcon
>>28603195The red one is a Škoda Typ742 120GLSIt's a rear engine pushrod 4 banger shitbox from the late 70s till early 90s. Think VW bug, but watercooled inline 4 instead of an air-cooled boxer.Famous for overheating very easily due to the cooling system having the radiator up front and the waterpump not really moving coolant under 2k rpm. That being said it's a pretty neat car and as my daily driver it's been manageable after some modifications.I personally love it.
>>28603213>65 Ford FalconGood taste, boganbro
>>28603213Grok, make a Ford Falcon, but better. The stylings are very typical 60s in my opinion and they originally wanted to export it to the US, but that plan failed. There were some pictures online floating about of the original sketches and prototype designs that were more akin to a Chrysler 300 with big fins and everything.I'm not sure how much of the GAZ-24 really is a copy as a lot of shit got carried over from the older GAZ-21.There was supposed to be a 3 litre V6 model specifically for export with US customers in mind, maybe even the 5.5 litre V8 going for export, but again the US export thing never materialised.Personally I really like the car, it's a very solid machine, it's built surprisingly sturdy and it looks good.Shame that aside for the super rare 5.5 litre V8 model and some swapped ones done by Scaldia, they only came with a 2.4 litre 4 banger either pushing out about 90hp or 70 in the low compression version. It's dogshit slow even if the engine has a very nice torque curve and a surprising amount of low end torque.

>>28603507I did not >>28603771Well I mean you know they’re two vastly different cars. The Civic is a fine daily driver, it has enough power for me to be more comfortable passing people (compared to the 97 Civic it’s a rocket) and the fuel mileage is pretty good so far. I bought it this past Saturday so I’ve only put 400 miles on it though and most of that is highway. The rev hang is annoying, and the clutch is basically numb, but you get used to it. It feels like it handles very well, and definitely feels lighter than the S550. I could see it being more fun and less of a handful on tight and slow back roads. Definitely a much more practical car too. I don’t know if I would get rid of my Mustang for it but that’s me.>>28604020>Love the chiefThank you, that car is a total restoration my grandfather did himself ~20 years ago and I’ve just inherited it. >>28603771Not him, but Si / CTR owner who drove the Mustang - not even remotely comparable. The Mach 1 pulls on the CTR and the Si has revhang. Not sure how you could cross-shop the two. The Mustang also absolutely eats gas at a ridiculous rate and you get typical sports car issues like eating consumables (pads/tires) and needing separate A/S vs summer tires. With the Si, it's just a regular car (one that's barely faster than a 2008 Si and feels worse).I am actually pro-Si, but you can't compare them.

They handle great, acceleration is awesome, and the hydraulic suspension is kick-ass.That said, MPG sucks, K-Jet is garbage, and they're maintenance nightmares. The one I have will be a parts car for a nicer one that I buy where some suckered has dumped $30k into it in maintenance and is selling for $20k.
>>28610631>the dailydamn, very nice. how often do randoms talk to you or comment about it?
>>28610766Ty anon. Pretty often desu. I had a yas marina blue f80 m3. That car got tons of attention, but nobody really approached me because bmw drivers are fucking dick heads. Got rid of that for a manual ct4v blackwing. The only attention I got in that car was from nerdy gear heads. With the c7 z06, nearly every time I getting gas kid will come up and say “bad ass”, of the more common boomers who come up and talk to me about how they have a c4 or c5. Minus the attention, the car is amazing. It’s an Absolute beast. And best of all…. The reason I got rid of my ct4 blackwing after only a year….. that fucking Chevy v8 sound with corvette header/piping design.

>>28611730>genesis EVHad to google it. Doesn't look half bad honestly.
>>28611777The only thing I'd worry about is if it pulls on the top of the bumper in a weird way. Maybe it could use a little extra bracing going to that lower bar.
>>28611936I later thought about the light bar bouncing around on the front and the bracket rubbing on the chrome...will probably put some felt/rubber pieces between bracket and bumper so that doesn't happen.Either way I'm drilling into the bumper again so I might as well make it pretty
