>>28774790I finally fixed the fucking low speed twitchy throttle issue on my zx6r after chasing it for 3 years. I had to adjust the throttle position sensor slightly outside of the parameters specified in the service manual, further towards open. My theory is that it's tricking the ECU into thinking it's slightly more open so it gives it just a little more fuel, but whatever it's finally fixed. Fuck.

It could also just be a miscommunication in the service manual, because it said to set the idle to 1300 rpm, but that's way too low for a 600 and everyone bumps it up. So if everyone bumps it up and doesn't adjust the sensor up accordingly, the two are going to be out of sync. This bike just may be particularly sensitive to that.
