Don't be afaid to be new at something, I'd always recommend having a riding buddy when you're new to it in case you go down, lifting your bike can be a drag on your own, especially if they fall in a weird way, and it's also a bit of insurance if you hurt yourself too.

I'm going to buy an auto motorcycle. I can't stand manual. I'm tired of having to think about gear changing and having to know what gear I'm in. I just want to ride and go fast. I wanted to get a BMW but their only auto is a damn dirt bike so I'll be going with Honda. I want a cruiser

Exactly. Nice though it may be to go about your day with an internal monologue as a result of evolving abstract thought, humans are also natural tool users. It’s part of our genetic code to see our tools as extensions of ourselves, and there’s something wrong with you if you can’t after some time adapt to using a tool.

not necessary
my first car was a manual stick shift
but once I went automatic I never want to go back to manual
so I guess its really depend on what do you do with your bike I guess
if you are using it as a daily commute in stop and go traffic then auto would be obviously better
but if you are just weekend warrior who take bikes out for joy ride or even longer highway commute, or because you want to have FUN
then manual is fine
I mean manual is still fine either way but yeah you know whats i mean

Anyone have experience with a Royal Enfield 650 piss twin?
Passed by the dealer and they have a 2024 super meteor astral black (looks gray) with an upgraded seat, pannier, center stand all for around like $7.3k otd. Ie the touring pkg. Its comfy I might pass by again to test ride it.
Also looking at a 21 sporster s used with 11k miles. JKH($4k exhaust), Harley heritage emblems+bar ends+ footpegs and a Corbin seat. Only problem is, it seems to have been dumped, there is scrapes on the bangbar and the rear swingarm (ugly side).
Gonna head back to do a motor inspection on it, test ride etc.
I found the maintenance through Harley, previous owner did all maintenance but dealer swapped and they sent it to auction.
Not sure what to do, just want to ride, at the same time I find myself bench racing.

Dainese hekla without the internal layer and all open is quite aerated, i noticed you mentioning a back protector and to be honest i prefer riding with one of those bigger suspender style ones, the pocket for the back protector in that jackat is way too small and high up. also have a cheap dainese elettrica air tex and that is a proper summer jacket but very basic

The base models don't have the hardware, you have to buy both the hardware and the software. It's not like they are installing the hardware and disabling it.

It is strange though given that the new Tuonos don't come factory with cruise control, even my base Tuono 660 has cruise control.

Are you retarded? Your precious AI overview stated exactly what I said. The base models do not have the hardware (MIA module and GPS sensor) for the packs. This is not a KTM situation where they come from the factory with the hardware and it is disabled until you pay.

The secret ingredient to work around this is crime and even if you're a space cadet you can interpret stop and go traffic as slow speed training rather than torture.

And then you have to also pay for the software in a fucking phone app. The Suspension pack is only available on the Factory for an additional fee too. Yes some of them "requires connection to Aprilia MIA accessory". Whatever that is.

How is a one time payment in a phone any different than buying the option from a dealer? The corner by corner suspension function is only available on the Factory because it has a completely different suspension than the base. The Aprilia system is no different than if they were just offered up front as options, not like KTM where every single KTM made has the physical hardware and you have to pay to unlock it.

It will if you'are in the states since may 1st they have e15 on anything that isn't premium.
Go to the auto store get a bottle of octane booster and a bottle of water remover (heet or valvoline).
Put a little bit of both.
Water remover takes off ethanol residue and octane booster helps shit gas.
A little, like 1/10th of a standard sized bottle.

Because most sport bike riders are fit and the riding position makes you look like a monkey fucking a football which gives suggestive imagery to the mirin' women

Whereas crusiers are associated with a bygone era and old people / "muh toxic masculinity" the riding position is also leaned back so they're not very suggestive to the booktok imagination. Only a certain type of women are into crusiers (the ones who know they rumble better than a Hitachi)
