What are the things a single man can create using forest materials without others help?

Let's assume following initial conditions.
1. The man is a healthy individual, age 30, have above average intelligence. He grown in forest and did not know any tools from city.
2. The forest have all kinds of minerals,trees,plans,animals. Let's also assume, around that forest all kinds of landscapes (hills,desert,icy region,swamp,...)available.
3. The man can use the things from animals but cannot use animal as a slave.

Post the list of things and the time taken to create it. Example is below.
1. Leaf plate (5 min)
