I’m going on the Muir trail tomorrow
What am I in for? Can I realistically do it in 10 days?

If you have to ask the answer is no

trying to pound miles and finish a trail super fast seems very antithetical to john muir. the goal should be to spend as much time as possible up there. why would you want to see all those sierra meadows and alpine lakes in a blur?
