Having a nice lawn in this part of the country isn’t any kind of badge of honor because grass grows so damn easily. It’s basically a jungle (agricultural zone 9A). Also, in the summer we get near-daily, brief rain showers followed by u tense heat and sunshine. It’s the perfect combination for grass growing. If that shit isn’t cut once a week it gets out of hand.
