Why did skiing & snowboarding turn into a glorified rave party in snow?
>>
>>2796795
why are you going to a crowed overprice ski venue that clearly wants more non actual winter sports enjoyers?
>>
>>2796795
Happens to every sport and activity once it gets liberalized. The latter occurs due to leeches trying to turn a profit, many of those "skiers" would stay home if they weren't sold the idea, through marketing, that skiing is valuable.
We need less people both in sports and overall.

OP pic is one of the most popular ski destinations in the alps (for actual skiing).

A lot of resorts realize that not everyone who goes to them is into it. Most often husbands bring their wives who can't ski for shit. Likewise you get a lot of beginners who try it, fail, then give up. These party scenes are a way to keep those people invested and staying there.

>anons can't even post pictures of themselves going out and instead resort to posting anime
God damn.

went skiing for the first time in years yesterday (yeah I'm the fag from the other thread), didn't feel like this at all where I was but there were a few loud bro-type idiots

also saw like 6 people getting carried away by the paramedics, wtf

Not only is none of this true, none of it makes sense.

You've never actually been downhill skiing and it shows.
>>
>>2797495
I don't even know. I think some of them just busted a knee getting their skis caught in the snow or something, no obstacles to be seen.
>>
>>2796981
Why didn’t you attach one of your own pictures then?
>>
>>2796795
Because Lefties are too fat and lazy to actually ski, but they can all spend money on over priced cheap booze and junk food. They are posers from sun up to sun down. It's all they know.

Only sport that let's White people congregate without diversity. It's the holiday week around Christmas too, every dumbass normie is off work and at the mountain, but isn't good enough to ski for a week straight so they get drunk instead.

live music/concert at a ski resort is pretty normal. The lodge basically already has everything required.
>>
>>2796795
Resort skiing and especially snowboarding are often seen/marketed these days as glamorous outdoor activities done by wealthy people so they attract a disproportionate amount of image-obsessed young adults with extra cash, who are further enticed by dumb spectacles like this which encourages resorts to use them to attract more of their largest customer demographic.
>>
Skiing keeps a lot of otherwise lazy, useless, dope smoking douchebags who never grew up employed. I say let them have their fun, if they think that's fun. Ignore them and be happy. The more people down at the lodge, means less idiots clogging up the slopes. Always be thankful when they find a way to make the idiots work for you, instead of against you.
>>
>>2796795
Because skiing is hard. Most people can only go for 4 - 6 hours before they get tired. I also like the idea of keeping the masses occupied with a party instead of clogging up the ski lifts.
>>
>>2797969
>Resort skiing
That's just skiing at this point. The only people that don't ski exclusively at resorts or on conveniently groomed cross country runs are mountaineers, and even then half the guys in my club use resort hills as jumping off points.
>>
>>2796795
I thought poors were getting priced out. Should mean less people on the slopes and shorter lines at the lifts right?

This is an anime website not a 3dpd facefag website
