>>2797685There was a supreme court case in 2020 (decided by RBG, just before she died in fact), where a gay male skydiving instructor was doing a tandem dive with a woman, and before the dive, he joked that he was gay so she didn't have to worry about being strapped so closely to him, and somehow she told her boyfriend about this, the boyfriend complained to the skydiving company, which maybe was looking to fire him for other reasons, fired him, he sued the skydiving company, and the supreme court rules you can't fire people for being gay. The guy who filed the case, Donald Zarda, later died in a base jumping accident.
