if you're in the us, get the battery and charger from a us supplier, don't fuck around. johnny nerdout and electrifybike dot com and a couple others carry a 52v 20ah pack that's legit and certified. euros look for a euro supplier with comparable certifications. thirdies good luck. for the motor kit itself, bafang is bafang, go ahead and get it from alishit if you don't mind waiting an extra month for replacement parts. just do your research and make sure you're getting all the bits and pieces you need to get it running properly
