this template makes no sense. why are there twice as many camera slots as photographer slots? there are no spots for photo books. and what is the point of having only categories of camera that most people don't use, let alone categories at all?

Should have had one slot for the camera and then the best pictures made with that camera, that would make much more sense

Fuck outta here with that digislop. That being said the 6D with an EG-S screen is a killer combo with manual lenses.

I like the OM-4Ti, probably my favorite 35mm SLR in the world.

This super cool. I've never seen the "Mamiya RZ67" before. Thanks for sharing.

>>4293431
I mean to the board. The RZ67 is about as notorious here as the Fuji 645GA and a bit infamous. There was a guy who bragged about his a lot and he did lifestyle photo shoots (he called them "fashion")

>Why not a slower, older, all-round inferior model because SOVL

I chose the 6D because it's the newest Canon SLR that will accept super-precision matte screens. Without which manual focusing under f/2.5 is entirely guesswork.
>>
>>4294002
They stopped allowing you to change out the focusing screens? That's pretty shit, I didn't know that. My newest canon is a 5D2 which i think allows for the installation of them.

Lucky bugger. If you have good eyesight and adapt vintage it's 100% worth it.

There is nothing wrong with BPM 1/8. I unironically use them to protect my lenses instead of UV filters

I kiss girls so I can not fathom coming up with the effort to fill out 8 "favorite cameras". I hate most cameras. Cameras fucking suck and camera companies are ran by gigantic fucking retards who never do anything right. Only large format technical cameras can be rated based on precision/rigidity everything else is generic consumer junk so shopping for digital medium format and under is like picking the "cheese" flavor when you order a greasy goyslop "burger".

Here's the last part of your infographic but you dont have to google names

I am usually more of a bottom-feeder but I lucked into a handful of DSLRs from a camera repair shop that was going out of business, 3 of which weren't actually FUBAR.

My favorite camera, that's a fucking tough one. Probably the Arriflex 35 for revolutionizing classic cinema and Canon 5D Mark II for revolutionizing modern cinema.
Favorite photographers? Stanley Cortez maybe.

Real professionals (by which I mean the MEN (only men) changing the world with their photography) exclusively use DSLR. A lot of weenies use video cameras to take pictures, and that's fine if you want to always be known as a videographer, who makes things that will never matter, since the moving picture leaves the soul still. But us real professionals use the authentic "photographic eye". When I look through the viewfinder, and project my soul beam through the prism, across the mirror, and out the lens to Nature's Glorious Radiance, and commune with her pressing and heady presence, I am united in body and soul with all of Wilderness and find, together, the One Truth. Try that with your videocameras, zoom roaches!
