Bloom, cringe or based?I like doing flower macro photography wide open, and it gets this dreamy feel because of the heavy blur. I think bloom can enhance this, in the right circumstances.Do you like it? Did Skyrim ruin it?picrel[EXIF data available. >>4300119dreamyAlso if you like it why are you asking for opinions? Are you retarded?
>>4300119Too much>>4300121Just right
>>4300119based when used right. Unless you're trying to make a documentary, I always err on the side of experimentation over fidelity.
extremely cringe, all it does it makes your photos look like 90's catholic motivational images
>>4300119it looks like when i forget to clean my glasses

seems pretty important. a picture of a closed bud just doesn't have the same flair
>>4300119no, your photo is shit and you are a retard basicallystop sharpening your images and overbaking themthen you won't be tempted to coat them in a hideous blur filter to soften shit up>>4305334It is NOT a good look.>>4305335kekbut seriouslythe only good way to have such a blur not look like shit is to use PHYSICAL FILTERSblurring in post is always garbage and is why "bokeh" on phones in gay portrait modes is a scam and always looks bad
I'll only use bloom if it were a natural trait if a certain lens or with a filter, as I have yet to see a digital bloom method that looks right.
