Tripod + focus stack
>>
>>4329359
Focus stacking starting at the closest point. Tripod is helpful, but completely doable hand-held depending on your lack of Parkinsons and/or IBIS.

Composition seems alright. Aperture could be stopped down from the looks of it but I'm purely guessing since you have no exif data. If your lens is sharp wide-open (lots aren't), then focus stacking overcomes that DOF limitation, otherwise go wide then stop down a full stop and that normally reigns in shitty optics. Actually, the more I look, the more I can't tell if the corners of your lens are giving out horrid CA, or that's just the rock colours.

Looks pretty healthy, but consider adding some fertiliser for better growth

Water it down

give it some sneed's feed and seed

Work on understanding focal distances and aperture values and how they affect the focus window, Although focus stacking like >>4329360
and >>4330016 mentioned, you can also get more of the subject in focus by changing your distance or aperture.
Pic rel is a good demonstration

For example, I got really close to this pitcher plant cup with a zoom lens so even the back pedals are not in focus

But stepping back at the same zoom and fstop on this beach rose has a lot more of the plant in focus
